Description
It looks like a version of the Last Supper - but its not.
The iconic painting by Leonardo da Vinci and its many interpretations by various painters is a favorite among Filipinos to display in their dining areas. However, if you think about it, the subject pertains to the last meal - something I find a bit unpleasant. I chose instead to paint the feeding of the multitude wherein Jesus miraculously fed thousands of people from just 2 pieces of dried fish and 5 loaves of bread. In this painting, even if the theme is different, the Last Supper is still the first impression
