Description
In Japan the word rice is similar to the number 88 in Kanji. Rice is so important that the Japanese believe that when you die your soul will come back and pick up the rice that you wasted 88 times. In the Philippines, I recall that you only need to pick it up once but since we have been eating rice all our lives that is still a lot of work to do. Though this is not true, this story which is often told to children, is a testament to how important rice is that you shouldn't waste it.

Thanks Yahya! It seems that artists who are deep into their field like this one the most. Although this is not the most commented piece in my work, my artist friends like it the most like you do. Hmmm very curious.
